MEET SANDRA

About

Sandra Brodie is a dynamic leader, who is described as an enabler, a connector and a catalyst for change.

Sandra’s curiosity, drive and passion for making a positive impact has led her on a unique journey.

After graduating from Australia’s first Entrepreneurship Degree with two of the highest Honorary Awards, she was scouted by the CEO of Deloitte Digital to help drive digital innovation in a conservative professional services firm.

Having successfully helped Deloitte build an online education business from the ground-up, Sandra took a sharp left turn and headed for the Guatemalan jungle, where she spent a year studying and living in a remote community; an experience that had a profound impact on her worldview and her capacity for divergent thinking.

The years that followed have seen Sandra bring her vision, creativity and talent for unlocking potential to world-class organisations including CSIRO, RMIT University and Swisse Wellness, as well as to supporting start-ups, NFPs and community initiatives.

She has held senior positions across the private, public, education, technology, start-up and social enterprise sectors, in industries as diverse as aerospace, defence, health and wellness, international relations, disability, motorsport and manufacturing.

This diversity of experience, combined with her unique life journey, a continuous thirst for learning and growth, and her truly authentic approach, are what give Sandra a distinctive edge.

Her greatest passion is in actualising positive change and helping to realise the innate potential of people, businesses and ideas.
